Our logistics network operates under strict adherence to FMCSA regulations. This isn't just a formality; it's how we ensure safety for our drivers and your assets.
2. Freight Liability & Claims
Standard carrier liability applies unless specific excess value is declared prior to dispatch. Have you reviewed your specific cargo insurance requirements lately? All claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery, supported by a valid Bill of Lading.
3. Digital Platform Usage
Our tracking tech is proprietary. We've built these systems to provide real-time visibility, but we ask that you don't engage in scraping our data. Privacy matters. Your shipment data is encrypted and used solely for logistics optimization.
4. Cancellation & Accessorials
Trucking is a game of timing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may incur a Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee. We value our drivers' time, and we know you value your budget.
